Delivery & Returns

Here at The Great British Yarn Company, we used recognised courier partners such as Royal Mail and EVRi.

We appreciate that you want your items quickly and so We'll Aim to Pick, Pack & Dispatch Your Items Within 48 Hours (Monday - Friday), though this may be a little longer during busier periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Easter and Bank Holidays.

 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an Email Confirmation and we will also contact you with your tracking information.

Should you need your items more quickly, we also offer an Express Shipping option, where for Orders Placed before 4:00pm, we will aim to dispatch them the same working day on an Express Service. Simply choose Express Shipping at checkout to use this option.

Domestic Shipping (UK Orders) Terms & Conditions

* Orders eligible for FREE UK Delivery will be shipped using our Standard Shipping method. FREE Delivery exclusions apply, including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & The Isle of Man where a flat delivery charge of £6.99 will be applied to your order.

Though our courier partners will make every effort to deliver within the delivery windows specified , this is not guaranteed due to a number of factors, sometimes outside the courier partners control. 

Please allow up to 10 Working Days for your order to arrive during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and UK Bank Holidays.

International Shipping

At present, we are only able to ship to The United Kingdom, though we may ship internationally in the future.

Returns

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your order.  We can offer a full refund on the cost of your items, as long as they are returned in a fully resalable condition, with original packaging intact - items cannot be returned once they have been used.

Please note The Great British Yarn Company are unable to accept responsibility for the cost of returning the items to us. When returning an item, please include your name and original order number so we can locate your order.

We will endeavour to process your return within 7 Working Days of receipt of the item.
